  • To use the 1 Day All-You-Can-Play Ticket just come on the event day you would like to use your ticket.

  • To use the 3-Day All-You-Can-Play Ticket just come during the event weekend on February 15-17 from 11am-7pm and enjoy!

  • All ticket sales will be FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

  • You can buy them online at www.gogamefest.com and you will be linked to our official ticketing page or you can also buy online on the day of the event or buy at the Box Office (if passes are still available! Only Debit and Credit Card are accepted at the Box Office). Buy early so you’ll save more!

  • Tickets will be sent through the email address that you provided at the time of purchase and you will be able to add it to your e-wallets (Apple or Google).

  • Our commitment to keep the cycle of support going for local has always been one of our main goals for any initiative that we put on. GameFest Winnipeg will have a variety of local vendors where you can buy accessories, stickers, clothing, video games, cookies and many other items. Each vendor also set their own pricing for all of their items.   • GameFest Winnipeg is proudly powered, created, and organized by Alark Co. Events and Marketing. We are a 100% local, women-owned small but mighty business! We craft creative events within our city and we also offer a variety of services to local businesses and beyond. We want to do our part to make our city, our province, better and more progressive! Ultimately, it’s up to ALL OF US to take action and do our part! Every little bit helps and we encourage you to think of ways to make Winnipeg and Manitoba even better!   • Everyone! If you want to have a good time this is for YOU! We offer family friendly fun activities. Our goal is to bring back the joy of play, support local, and most importantly, have FUN!

  • To help bring back the joy of play into your lives! We offer giant inflatables and other activations during the event. There will be different types of entertainment for the WHOLE family! Bring your whole family, bring your whole squad and let’s have some FUN!

    To help support local - we will have a pop-up market made up of many small and local businesses! So please come and support!

    To have an amazing time, and we know you will!

  • No, sorry, lockers are not available at the venue. Please pack light.

    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/damaged items.

  • Sorry, parking is not included in your passes. 

    Please adhere to street signs, parkades and/properties. We are not responsible for any incurred parking tickets, damages to vehicles and/or property, and/lost or stolen vehicles and/property.

  • No, there is no dress code but please do dress comfortably! 

    Socks are recommended when playing.

  • Absolutely! Cosplay is not only allowed, but encouraged! We welcome all ages and skill levels to come dressed in their favorite gaming, comic, or pop culture-inspired costumes. Just remember to keep it family-friendly and sorry, no play weapons please. We can't wait to see your creative cosplay outfits at GAMEFEST WINNIPEG!

  • Yes, there are restrooms at the RBC Convention Centre, simply look for signage located outside of HALL A.

  • Yes there will be food for purchase at the venue, which will include RBC Convention Centre concessions, as well as some of the local vendors who are part of GAMEFEST WINNIPEG’s Pop-Up Market! Complete vendor list will be available very soon, check back on our website!

  • You can take any means of transportation you need!
